Maintenance service

In order to guarantee the quality and integrity of the Elektrobay® recharging infrastructure, ThePluginCompany offers a yearly maintenance service (mandatory) which covers the following elements:

- once a month, a full reporting on who, when, how much power consumption, time of recharging, total per user, occupation per Elektrobay®, etc. More detailed information on a weekly, daily, hour or even minute base is available as an option.

- Online problem detection (remote controlled)

- Minimum once a year a physical check at the location of the Elektrobay® (sealings, ...)

- Twice a year, a remote diagnostic program to validate correct working behavior of every Elektrobay®

- upgrade and installation of latest version of the Elektrobay® software (remote controlled)

Malfunctioning or repair of the Electrobay® due to damage caused by inappropriate usage of the  Electrobay® like but not limited to vandalism, accident,... is not covered by the standard maintenance contract and will be invoiced separately (time & material).
